Treasury has to keep TARP for bank executives

Confirmation of Bank Run Government as Treasury blocks funding for distressed home owners. We are soon going to change the country name to United bank states of America. 

How long does this have to go on before the people get assistance?  The banks have already had multiple chances to save themselves and to help the economy but they just keep running over laws and manipulating their accounting system so they can break down any opposition that does not have pockets as deep as the bank owned state.  Again we see Obama snuggling up at the White House with Jamie Diamond, of course in the best interest of the country and the economy. 
As if we needed another indication that they White House and current administration have no interest in helping the people of the country.  Everyday they clearly reveal their allegiance to the financial industry.  They speak of holding the institutions accountable but they are now taking advice from the very people who brought on the crisis.
