toxic asset plan?

From the WSJ article on the new plan from the government.

"All told, the three efforts are designed to unglue markets that have seized up as investors have stood on the sidelines. One big problem is that many of these assets no longer trade, which means it's very hard to put a price on them. Banks are unwilling to sell at too low a price, and investors are unwilling to take the risk" I wrote an article before entitled THERE IS ALWAYS A MARKET. So now after waiting months as the banks held the country hostage we are going to give the banks exactly what they have demanded. I can not believe private investors are going to willingly pay more than the current market price for these toxic assets. Wow! We are going to leave the management in place at these horrible institutions and give them more money under the pretense that it really isn't all government money. I am sure that private investors will not be willing to equally share in the losses so the taxpayer again will now be on the hook for all of the toxic assets. This is not change, this is not a new way of doing things, this is complete wasting of funds and the banks are skating. After this week who is going to want to invest with the government when they could get taxed at 95% if they get on the bad side of congress.
