We have waited months for this Plan?

What took so long to put this ridiculous plan together? I Giethner was working on some brilliant plan that would save the world. We are not restructuring or cleaning up the banking system. We are funding a horribly faulted system without getting to the bottom of the mess. As we make up these crazy plans for foreclosure that will help very few people and refuse to hold the banks accountable for their own assets, the American people are losing more and more faith daily. How can you expect anyone to believe in our government when it is doing so many stupid things under the smoke screen of a world economic meltdown? Wonder how things would have gone if someone would have just asked the President what he would do to fix the economy? His standard answer was change because he had no idea what was going on or what to do to clean out the system and get money flowing.
